1. FIELD OF APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES
Fire- bio retardant composition "Firex-200k" based on non-organic binding agent is used for protection of wood and wooden based materials, operated inside of the buildings and premises, from ignition and spreading of flame. Creates heat insulating layer in case of increase of temperature above 120 C. Coating has antiseptic properties and prevents appearance of mold fungus on the surface of wooden constructions, sufficiently increases lifetime of protected constructions and materials.
2. NORMATIVE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Fire retardant composition "Firex-200" corresponds to I group of fire-proof efficiency according to the fire safety requirements stated in NPB 251-98 "Fire-proof materials for wood and wooden based materials. General requirements. Method of testing." Provides zero limit of surface flame spreadfing.

4. SURFACE TREATMENT
Coating should be applied on clean and dry surface. Dust and dirt should be removed from the surface by means of wet rags, grease and oil stains can be removed with solvent (solvent ¹ 646 is recommended). If humidity is high - use seasoning or force drying (using heating machines).
5. APPLICATION
Application conditions:
Ambient temperature - not less than +5 °Ñ;
Relative air humidity - not more than 85 %;
Humidity of wood - not more than 15%.
Application modes:
Mix composition in pail before application by means of electric mixer within 2-3 minutes.
Application is performed mechanically by means of plastering machines (SO-154, SO-169) or manually by spatula.
Composition should be applied in 1-2 passes in order to provide I group of fire-proof efficiency (with 100% coverage of surface) with consumption 1.5-2.0 kg/m2. Apply product in 2-3 passes with consumption not less 3.0 kg/m2 in order to provide zero level of flame spreading. Interlayer curing not less than 4 hours. Final drying time - 2-3 days.
Cleaning of tools:
Wash the tools with water immediately after end of work.
6. OPERATING CONDITIONS
Operation of coating in enclosed premises without direct ingress of drop moisture.
Operation time of coating is not less than 15 years.
7. PACKAGING AND STORING
Fire- bio retardant composition "Firex-200" is supplied in packaging of 40 kg.
Shelf life in the packaging of manufacturer - 4 months in dry place at temperature above +50Ñ.
