1. FIELD OF APPLICATION AND PROPERTIES
Fire-retardant impregnation composition "Klod-02" is a water solution with non-organic salts.
The composition is designed to protect weaves and textiles from inflammation and fire spread, and to render weaves fire-proof properties.
2. NORMATIVE AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The tests carried out in accordance with GOST 12.1.044-89 "Fire and explosion safety of substances and materials. List of parameters and methods of determination thereof" showed that the materials treated with fire-retardant impregnation composition "Klod-02" can be classified as almost non-flammable, showing slow fire spread and moderate smoke-forming ability, and being moderately hazardous in terms of toxicity of combustion products.

4. SURFACE TREATMENT
Prior to application of the composition the surface should be cleaned from dust and dirt (with vacuum cleaner). If necessary the surface should be wet cleaned.
5. APPLICATION
Application conditions
Ambient temperature - not less than +5 °Ñ;
Relative air humidity - not more than 85 %;
Application modes
The application is performed bu means of high pressure airless spraying machines ("Wagner", "Finish", "Larius", etc.) or spray gun in one pass.
Cleaning of tools
After completion of works the equipment and tools should be washed.
6. OPERATING CONDITIONS
Materials treated with "Klod-02" should be used in enclosed premises without direct ingress of drop moisture.
Operation time is 1 year.
7. PACKING AND STORAGE
Fire-retardant impregnation composition "Klod-02" is delivered in 10 l and 20 l package.
Shelf-life of the product in manufacturer's package in dry conditions and under temperature of not less than +5 °Ñ is 1 year.
