Fire-resistant doors

DOM-01MD-I-90 (EI-90) single-leaf door, with full or 25% glazing, smoke and gas proof.

Basic model:

Leaf:

Door leaf is made of steel plate 1.2 mm thick with a frame.

Total thickness: 57 mm

There is a thin seam at 4 sides of the leaf.

Filling: mineral wool plate and fire protection compound.

Two hinges on bearings.

Detachment preventive girth rails.

Finish: polyurethane paints of RAL9002 colors.

Frame:

The corner frame is made of steel plate 1.2 thick; total frame thickness is 102 mm.

High threshold (35 mm); mounting holes and loops for anchoring are provided.

Heat expanding sealing protecting from hot smoke; sealing protecting from cold smoke.

Set of mounting anchors.

Finish: polyurethane paints of RAL9002 colors.

Lock and handle:

Mortise lock with a nab.

Press handle on a plate (color: black).

Set of keys with euro-cylinder.

Optional features:

1.        Corrosion protection: frame and leaf made of galvanized steel or coated with “liquid zinc”.

2.        Frame: without a platband, with reverse platband, covering frame

3.        Threshold: automatic pullout threshold.

4.        Leaf with three (and more) hinges on bearings.

5.        Door closer (for more information see section "Door closers").

6.        Lock with an “anti-panic” function. (for more information see section "Antipanic").

7.        Lock with tree-points locking-up.

8.        Bracket-type handle.
